This gift of breathing is brought to you as a collaboration between Lake Michigan's Shoreline of Traverse City, Michigan and the calm, experienced, guiding voice of Amrita Chaturvedi.
Instruction:
While breathing, focus your awareness on God's presence, the presence of Love in your life. Ask God to show you how much they love you. Ask God to teach you to live in their love.
